Runtime pricing

Start free. Scale when your product goes live.

Pricing scales with two things: the decisions Valqio makes and the usage it records.

Decision
one runtime evaluation that returns allow, block, or reserve before a product action runs
Usage event
one accepted usage record

Pricing questions

What is a decision?

One decision is one runtime evaluation that returns allow, block, or reserve before a product action runs.

What counts as an accepted usage event?

An event counts after Valqio accepts it for ingestion and applies the request's idempotency and deduplication rules.

Are credits, tokens, seats, or requests Valqio billing units?

No. They are units you model inside your product. Valqio plans use runtime decisions and accepted usage events. Stripe remains the system that invoices and collects payment.

How does the estimator choose a plan?

It selects the smallest production plan that covers both monthly volumes. If either value exceeds a plan's included capacity, the recommendation moves to the next plan.

Which plan supports production?

Builder is the first plan with production access. Sandbox is for modeling, previewing, and proving a first integration before rollout.

How long are decision logs retained?

Sandbox retains 7 days, Builder 14 days, Growth 30 days, and Scale 90 days. Enterprise retention is set in the customer agreement.

When should I choose Enterprise?

Choose Enterprise above 100M decisions or 20M accepted usage events per month, or when custom limits, contracted service terms, or implementation support are required.
